ODI Studio Fails to Reach Agent with Error with "oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.InvocationException" and "No route to host" when Using an Underscore in Hostname (Doc ID 2223186.1)

Symptoms

When testing an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agent using a hostname without an underscore, it will return successfully. However, when the hostname contains an underscore, the test fails with the error below.

The Agent port is open on all devices between Studio and Agent.  (Note, placeholder values including <> are used in the error below, the actual error will contain information from the affected environment)
