Unable to upload or create a new wiki document in a folder in portal

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
--> Create a private portal in WCP
--> Enable the documents service
--> Create a page
--> Add the document explorer taskflow to this page
--> Add a folder
--> Upload a file to this folder or create a wiki document
