Exalogic : "ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:x,from arp: y)" Messages Reported on Exalogic system (Doc ID 2223389.1)

Symptoms

On physical or virtual Exalogic system, messages like below are seen in /var/log/messages from guest vServers or physical computer nodes.

If this Exalogic rack is connecting other engineered system like Exadata, the messages below will be also noticed in Exadata nodes.

ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:32,from arp: 38)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:31,from arp: 37)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:32,from arp: 38)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:31,from arp: 37)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:66,from arp: 67)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:66,from arp: 67)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:72,from arp: 73)
ib0: Found gid with mismach lids.(cache:50,from arp: 51)
....

 

Changes

 There is change in fabric configuration like Exalogic leaf switch replacement.
