WebCenter Enterprise Capture Recognition Server is not Processing 7 Digit Barcodes (Doc ID 2224476.1)

Symptoms

When using Enterprise Capture for expense forms, there are bar codes with 6 and 7 digits. The Recognition server is working fine with 6 digit bar codes but not with 7 digit bar codes.
