When Using the IPM Migration Tool Certain TIFFS are Exported as 0K and Error "File, "xxxxxx.tif," is zero length. Documents must have a file length greater than zero." Occurs in the Imaging 11g Input File (Doc ID 2224577.1)

Symptoms

When using the IPM Migration Tool, certain TIFFS are exported as 0K and the following error occurs in the input file. 

11G Input Agent Error:

@New|/<fileshare_Path>/<Name>.tif|Metadata/....., "<name>.tif," is zero length. Documents must have a file length greater than zero.

The 0K images do not contain annotations. Using BurnInAnnotations=False (default) in the Migration Tool configuration. The same images can be viewed in the IPM Production Client Viewer and exported using Search Results, Save As.


Migration Log Errors:

No imaging component suitable to complete this operation was found. at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapDecoder.SetupDecoderFromUriOrStream(Uri uri, Stream stream, BitmapCacheOption cacheOption, Guid& clsId, Boolean& isOriginalWritable, Stream& uriStream, UnmanagedMemoryStream& unmanagedMemoryStream, SafeFileHandle& safeFilehandle) at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapDecoder.CreateFromUriOrStream(Uri baseUri, Uri uri, Stream stream, BitmapCreateOptions createOptions, BitmapCacheOption cacheOption, RequestCachePolicy uriCachePolicy, Boolean insertInDecoderCache) at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapDecoder.Create(Stream bitmapStream, BitmapCreateOptions createOptions, BitmapCacheOption cacheOption) at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapFrame.CreateFromUriOrStream(Uri baseUri, Uri uri, Stream stream, BitmapCreateOptions createOptions, BitmapCacheOption cacheOption, RequestCachePolicy uriCachePolicy) at System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapFrame.Create(Stream bitmapStream) at MigrationService.TiffUtil.mergeTiffPages(String[] sourceFiles, String targetFile)
