Unable To Create an Attachment in PCM in a Particular Folders_g folder; "null" Error Returned (Doc ID 2224770.1)

Symptoms

Using Primavera Contract Management (PCM) integrated with WebCenter Content (WCC) running Folders_g, the user is unable to create an attachment in PCM in a particular folder. This should create a folder and then check a file into that folder in WCC.

The user just gets the word "null" in the PCM window, and nothing is sent to WCC.

Other folders in PCM work fine.
