How to Temporarily Disable Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 10g WebGate for IIS?

10.1.4 WebGate are being configured on a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS Web server for Windows environments) to protect IIS resources by Oracle Access Manager (OAM) based on the following document;

- 33 Configuring the IIS Web Server for 10g WebGates

We need to release OAM protection temporarily to perform some tests.
