'javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException' when selecting the partition name in EM 11g (Doc ID 2225208.1)

Goal

When selecting any Partition name in EM 11g an error is being returned:

Retrieval failed with error Unable to contact MBeanServer for null. Please view the log file for details.

In the logs the following error is also seen:

< javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException
