Symptoms

On Webcenter Content 11.1.1.8.0 and above.

Attachments are being lost in a checkout/checkin that is taking place within a workflow.

Example Steps:

1. User checks in content that enters a criteria workflow.
2. Another user checks out/checks in a document.
3. It is observed that the attachment is gone.
