Https Url For WebLogic Console Does Not Work on Specific IE 11 Minor Versions (IE 11.0.9600.18)

Symptoms
Customer is on WebLogic Server 10.3.6 with 3rd party CA SSL certificates configured in Custom Identity and Custom Trust.
With JSSE enabled, SSL was working configuration works as required and customer was able to access the WebLogic Admin Console over HTTPS successfully on all browsers except IE 11 minor version IE 11.0.9600.18
This behavior is specific to just this one IE 11 minor versions (IE 11.0.9600.18) - all other version of IE above and below works as expected with HTTPS access of Admin Console.
Changes
The SSL is configured on WLS. And the configuration was working fine on all browsers.( Google Chrome, Firefox, IE 11 higher versions)
