Resource History Not Displaying Rejected Tasks When Using Group Level Task Assignment (Doc ID 2226709.1)

The resource history does not display rejected tasks for an admin user that requested the account.

The use case is the following.

The system has two admin users requester and nonrequester both members of the admin role OrclOIMSystemAdministrator.

The requester admin user provision and account to an user that for some reasons fails.

If the requester admin user checks the resource history he/she will not see the Rejected task.

however the rejected task will be visible in the open tasks section.

If another admin user like nonrequester checks the resource history he/she will see the Rejected task.
