Batches Are Not Displaying For Enterprise Capture Users on Specific Workstations

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are unable to see any batches in any client profiles on certain workstations where the capture client is installed. The issue follows the workstations. The same users can access the client on another workstation and they can see batches. But when using these specific workstations, the client does not show batches for any users.
