Multicast Timeout Errors When IGMP Snooping is Enabled (Doc ID 2227243.1)

Customer reported that they increased the number of their managed servers from 8 to 18. They got a recommendation to use the multicast messaging mode whenever using a cluster size greater than 8, so they set up multicast. After doing so, they began to see multicast timeout errors like the following:

Customer reported shutting down all the new nodes and testing with the original 8 nodes, but the same issue occurred. However, when they switched back to Unicast, the issue did not recur.
