Unable to Select Sub Pages when using Links Component

Symptoms
When using the links component, we are unable to select sub pages when trying to add a page link
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Portal.
2. Create Pages and Sub Pages under it.
3. Add links component to the Page.
4. Click Add Link > Page Link.
5. Click magnified glass.
6. You will not see Sub Pages in the list. Only top level page appears.
