Symptoms
Two clustered domains configured - Domain A has a service that reads messages from a local queue and forwards them to a distributed queue on Domain B.
In addition to being distributed Domain B is configured for automatic service migration (in this case, leasing via database, and persistence via JDBC with non-XA DS).
When one of the Domain B JMS services is migrated (i.e. automatic or manually for maintenance on one of the servers), they get the following errors on Domain A and all message delivery is stopped:
The above error continues to be thrown, and all servers need to be restarted to continue message delivery.
