OIM OOB Report "Request Summary" Does Not Show Entitlement Name In Case Of Revoke (Doc ID 2228427.1)

Use Case:

1. Assign 2 entitlements to a user
2. Remove one of the entitlements from the user
3. Run the "Request Summary" report using BI Publisher

In the report generated, the Request Detail column does not show the name of the removed entitlement (Request Type - Revoke Entitlement). Instead it shows the entitlement key. The entitlement name only shows in case of Request Type "Provision Entitlement".
