Customer is unable to deploy/undeploy composites to SOA Server via Enterprise Manager Console, EM Console. The (un)deploy request fails when trying to establish an HTTP(S) connection to the SOA managed server. Process times out when it reaches JTA timeout limit. When increased JTA timeout started seeing a stuck thread warning as follows in the logs. The stuck thread warning will get self correct but deployment fails.
