Symptoms
Unable to run the JS file in the web browser "Refused to execute script from '{javascript filename}' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled."
The web page uses javascript files which are stored as blob attributes in Sites.
When loading the page, the following error in browser is seen:
Refused to execute script from 'https://<examplehost:port>/sites/example/js/jquery.min.js' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
