Enterprise Capture Conversion Processor Is Not Sending Emails Upon Conversion Failures

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When there is a conversion failure in the Conversion Processor, the batch is set with the "Failed Conversion" status, and the following is not happening:
- The email notification is not sent for all conversion failures.
- There are batches in a locked status. These locked batches are not able to be unlocked using the client.
