Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.8 version, B2B Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After receiving an EDI 880 document with the ISA14 field set, B2B attempts to send a TA1 acknowledgement.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
B2B should ignore the ISA14 field since an EDI 880 is a non-HIPAA EDI document.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Receive non-HIPAA EDI request.
2) B2B sends TA1 response.
