Expanded Query Search Form Does Not Pre-populate Same Query Values After Quick Search Implementation

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server with Records (WCCREC - URM)
After implementing a search query from the QUICK Search box with specific text, this same text will pre-populate as expected under "Search Form: Query Builder" in the "Full text: search section. But when switching to "Search Form: Expanded Query", this same text does NOT pre- populate in the "Full text: search section". This can only be replicated in WCCREC instance and not under WCC instance.
