"Error: Unable to connect to agent" Received while Trying to View the Schedule after Updating the Schedule for an ODI Agent in ODI Studio Topology (Doc ID 2230257.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.0.0, attempts to view an Agent schedule fail with "unable to connect to agent" however, the Agent test passes.

  1. In ODI Studio Topology test physical agent:   PASS
  2. Test DB connections:   PASS
  3. Update Schedule:   PASS
  4. View Schedule:   FAIL
