Symptoms

In ODI 12.2.1.0.0, attempts to view an agent schedule fail with "unable to connect to agent" but agent test passes.


1. In ODI Studio Topology test physical agent: PASS
2. Test DB connections: PASS
3. Update Schedule: PASS
4. View Schedule: FAIL
