Symptoms

Close loop remediation in an entitlement certification is not revoking all the entitlements marked to be revoked.

Use case is the following:

User user001 has three entitlements, ent1, ent2 and ent3.

Someone submits a revoke request to revoke one of user001 entitlements.

Before this revoke request can be approved or rejected, an entitlement certification is created for the three entitlements with close loop remediation and with reviewer manager001.

manager001 gets the certification and revoke the three entitlements.

After revoking the entitlements we can see that not all the entitlements have been revoked.

NOTE: In the images above the user and resource details represent a fictitious example in a temporary virtual environment. Any similarity to actual environments or endpoints, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.
