Symptoms
Bug 24758133の事象が発生し、Read timed out 発生時に読み取りタイムアウトの設定 x 3 でコンシューマに応答を返す
STEPS
-----------------------
1. 応答に100秒を要するWebサービスを配置
2. ビジネスサービスのエンドポイントURIを 1. に、読取りタイムアウトを 10秒に設定
3. 2.のビジネスサービスを呼び出すプロキシサービスをコンシューマ（soapUIなど）から呼び出す
4. 応答が30秒（読取りタイムアウトの3倍）後になる
