Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager(OAM) 11g - x509 Protected Resource, Error: RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol 10.4.5 404 Not Found

Steps to reproduce
1. open new browser session and call protected resource
2. Prompted for cert
3. Supply cert and the following error is seen:
  • Implemented x509 authentication scheme per OAM 11g: How To Configure X509 Authentication On Oracle Access Manager (OAM x509) (<Note:1368211.1>) in other environments without any issue
  • Issue does not occur if x509 AuthN is not used
  • OAM 11.1.2.0.0
