Symptoms
After applying WebCenter Content: Imaging 11.1.1.9 Patch 8, the following error occurs when viewing an image:
Error
Unable to fully render the document, check server logs for more information. To download and view locally, use the Download menu item from the File menu of the Viewer.
The image will load, but the error keeps occurring. The error disappears without the user clicking OK. This only happens when the image is loaded for the first time.
