Symptoms
Followed the steps mentioned in "25.7.2 Configuring for Page Regeneration During RealTime Publishing" at http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/wcs/admin/GUID-12E731BC-4CB0-413C-81A1-81513CC5D047.htm#WBCSA8210 but the FW_RegenCriteria table is not getting created.
