Proxy service in OSB 220.127.116.11.0 has the following error when executed from the Test Console within Service Bus Console.
While other proxy and business services work fine, this Proxy use a security policy: oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy
Error applying WS-Security to the SOAP message:
User does not have access to the administrator port.
