Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

Proxy service in OSB 11.1.1.7.0 has the following error when executed from the Test Console within Service Bus Console.

While other proxy and business services work fine, this Proxy use a security policy: oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy

ERROR

Error applying WS-Security to the SOAP message:
User does not have access to the administrator port.
