Unable To Create New Template (Doc ID 2231333.1)

When attempting to create a new template, an error resembling the following is seen when trying to save:

ASSET.LOAD of <id> failed with error: -101
Requested asset does not exist.

Invalid asset ID. Cannot load an asset of type Varaibles.description with ID of <id>. Please supply a valid asset ID and then try again.
