OAG SFTP File Transfer Policy File Writing Permissions Changes to 600 Instead of 644 (Doc ID 2232103.1)

Oracle API Gateway - Version 11.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

While having a file transfer listener listening on 8095 in OAG instance which accepts files via SFTP and then calls an SFTP policy and writes the file to a 'Processed' directory,
the file is usually copied into 'Processed' folder with 644 permissions (rw-r--r--) but in one environment it is always written with 600 permissions (rw-------).
The policy appears to be the same in all environments.

No errors. File is copied with a different permission in one enviornment

The file transfer works fine except the permission is not as desired. File is copies with 600 permission instead of 644.

1. Create a file transfer listener in OAG instance
2. Import the policy myPolicy.xml which should accept files via SFTP and then calls an SFTP policy and writes the file to a 'Processed' directory.
3. After you invoke it, verify the folder permission to be 600 instead of 644.
