Symptoms

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
--------------------
While having a file transfer listener listening on 8095 in OAG 11.1.2.4.0 instance which accepts files via SFTP and then calls an SFTP policy and writes the file to a 'Processed' directory,
the file is usually copied into 'Processed' folder with 644 permissions (rw-r--r--) but in one environment it is always written with 600 permissions (rw-------).
The policy appears to be the same in all environments.

ERROR
--------
No errors. File is copied with a different permission in one enviornment

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------

The file transfer works fine except the permission is not as desired. File is copies with 600 permission instead of 644.

STEPS
------
1. Create a file transfer listener in OAG instance
2. Import the policy myPolicy.xml which should accept files via SFTP and then calls an SFTP policy and writes the file to a 'Processed' directory.
3. After you invoke it, verify the folder permission to be 600 instead of 644.
