Datasource Creation Fails With MS SQL Server Database with Error Cannot load driver: com.microsoft.jdbcx.sqlserver.SQLServerDataSource (Doc ID 2232308.1)

Symptoms

Creating a Datasource to connect to a Microsoft SQL Server database fails withe the Cannot load driver: com.microsoft.jdbcx.sqlserver.SQLServerDataSource error. The Admin Console shows also the following message for that particular Datasource:

Connection test failed.
Cannot load driver: com.microsoft.jdbcx.sqlserver.SQLServerDataSource

Due to this issue, users cannot create datasource with MS SQL Server DB.
