Receiving Error 404 when Connecting to /dc-console or /dc-client Pages (Doc ID 2232434.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access the Enterprise Capture application, the dc-client, or the dc-console.  The following error occurs:

Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
