"No task definitions found" Exception In SOA Diagnostic Log When Viewing Pending Approvals (Doc ID 2232479.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view Pending approvals in SOA BPM Worklist, the following error occurs in SOA Diagnositc logs:

BPM-30088: No task definitions found matching specified namespace and version.
Cause: No task definitions found with task definition namespace http://xmlns.oracle.com/ApprovalApp/ProjectName/ChallengeTask and composite version {1}.
Action: Check that the specified task definition namespace and composite version are correct.
Level: 1
