Symptoms

The ESSO-LM agent fails to recognize and detect a web application when the template is configured to use direct injection to identify the control IDs instead of send keys after upgrading to version 11.1.2.3.1.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Upgrade ESSO-LM client to 11.1.2.3.1.
  2. Create/modify the application template for the target web application.
  3. Configure the web application template to use Control Ids instead of send keys for the injection method.
  4. Access the application in the IE web browser.

 

Changes

Upgrade ESSO-LM client and Administrative Console from 11.1.2.2.0 to 11.1.2.3.1.
