Symptoms

Using OSB 12.1.3, with Java7, you are unable to call web service using cipher TLS-ECDHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384

Business service is a proxy for web service, which use cipher TLS-ECDHE-RSA-WITH-AES-256-GCM-SHA384.
Outbound request execution ends with error:

Unsupported curveId: 29
