Oracle API Gateway Dashboard Tab Not Showing HTTP-500 Exceptions as failed in the In Traffic Section (Doc ID 2233539.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2 version, Oracle API Gateway

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are getting lot of 500 Internal Server Error in our production environment. These errors can be seen under the Traffic Tab, but those exception were not displayed in Dashboard tab->Traffic area.

In a screen shot it is shown the web service traffic tab of the API Gateway with a lot of 500 Internal Server errors.
And in the Dashboard tab (traffic area), these 500 Errors are not reported on the failed section.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer is expecting to see the 500 Errors reported in the Dashboard tab - Traffic Area.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the information under the Dashboard Tab - Traffic Area is not what is expected.
