Symptoms

Admin Server Heap occupied keep increasing and finally throw OOM Error.  The Heap Dump shows leak suspect on  

  -  javax/management/remote/rmi/RMIConnector$RemoteMBeanServerConnection 0x783bd2168
  - weblogic/management/remote/common/WLSRMIConnector 0x783bd1728
  -  javax/management/remote/rmi/RMIConnector$RMINotifClient 0x783bcfe08
