Symptoms

When a WebLogic Managed Server stopped working due to a critical service 'JTAMigratableGroup' failed.
Log file does not provide further details to identify the cause:

 

Changes

 Initially migration basis was database, then it was changed to consensus, but issue remains the same however frequency dropped.
