Symptoms
After a field is created using placeholder, it works as designed in that environment. When CMU is used to move it to new environment, it sets off indexer and causes performance issues.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a placeholder field that does not get indexed.
2. Use CMU to move placeholder field to different environment.
3. Indexer is started after.
