"User not found" error when trying to view audit trail through enterprise manager (Doc ID 2234771.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view audit trail when trying to see audit trail in enterprise manager:

User not found.
User "wlsoperator" is not found in configuration "jazn.com"
Check if the user exists in the repository specified by the configurations.
Check the error stack and fix the cause of the error.
