Symptoms

Ejb deploy failed on WLS 12.1.2. Facing the error "weblogic.application.ModuleException: weblogic.ejb.container.InternalException: Transaction marked rollback or not expected transaction status: 1" every time an EJB  that contains singleton and web services together is deployed.

Similar bug in the Doc ID 1470706.1, but it should be fixed in this release.
