WSM-07620 OWSM Policy Related Errors Being Logged (Doc ID 2235128.1)

Symptoms

OWSM policy related errors are being displayed in the server logs.  These errors can represent issues where the Oracle Web Services Manager is either not completely configured or incorrectly configured.

The error being is as follows:

javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-07620 : Agent cannot enforce policies due to either failure in retrieving polices or error in validations, detail= "WSM-06102 The policy reference URI "oracle/wss11_saml_token_with_message_protection_client_policy" is not valid. [[ ". javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-07620 : Agent cannot enforce policies due to either failure in retrieving polices or error in validations, detail= "WSM-06102 The policy reference URI "oracle/wss11_saml_token_with_message_protection_client_policy" is not valid.
