Unable to execute service method 'getDynamicPage' Error Accessing the Library Folders (Doc ID 2236081.1)

Symptoms

After restarting Content Server, accessing the Library Folders which in-turn execute the GET_DYNAMIC_PAGE service does not work.

This is the first part of the error message:

STEPS TO REPLICATE

Testcase-1:

1. Log onto UCM instance.

2. Go to Browse Content -> Library Folders.

3. This executes the GET_DYNAMIC_PAGE service along with required service parameter "PageName=index".

3. User is navigated to the Content Server Index Page.

Expected Result: User should be able to see the contents of the index page in browser.
Actual Result: User gets the "Unable to retrieve page. Unable to execute service method 'getDynamicPage'" error.

Testcase-2:

1. Log onto UCM instance.

2. Go to Administratoin -> Admin Applets -> Web Layout Editor.

3. A WebLayoutEditor dialog box pops up.

Expected Result: User should be able to see pop-up for WebLayoutEditor.
Actual Result: User gets the failure to launch executePageService error.

Changes

 A power outage brought the server down and/or system was not shutdown gracefully.
