Oracle EBS Connector Enabling the Account from Target Recon if the End Date is Same as Current Date (Doc ID 2236121.1)

Symptoms

When user is disabled in the target (end date is same as sysdate) and EBS target user recon is run, it is setting account status as Active which is wrong.
