"Client Authentication- Required" Does Not work with TLS1.2 on Oracle iPlanet Web Server (Doc ID 2236853.1)

Symptoms

No response received from Oracle iPlanet Server while using SSL with the settings:

HTTP Listener -> SSL Settings -> Client Authentication -> Required

whereas response is received when set Client Authentication to 'Optional'

Nothing is displayed on the browser with Oracle iPlanet Web Server version 7.0.21 - 7.0.23.  When the same SSL settings is configured with Oracle iPlanet Web Server 7.0.20, it works fine.
