MFT Servers Startup Failure. Logs Show MFT Application Deployment Fails "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.as.scheduler.Schedule" (Doc ID 2237151.1)

Symptoms

MFT Servers are not coming up and goes to Admin state.  Logs shows the following exception for mft-app deployment:
