Business Endpoint URI Does Not Get Overwriten While Importing Projects (Doc ID 2237255.1)

Symptoms

When importing an sbconfig.jar from a lower environment into pre-prod, endpoint URI's are not being updated as expected.

The URI is expected to change from http://testDomain:7001/testBS to http://prodDomain:7001/testBS. However in the console, testDomain is still referenced.
