FRM-41213: Unable To Connect To The Reports Server Only When Running Reports from Forms (Doc ID 2237704.1)

Running Oracle Reports from Forms using Run_Report_Object() built-in fails with the following error.

Running Oracle Reports from URL using rwservlet against the same reports server, works without issue.

Namingservice was enabled for Reports discovery mechanism.

Only rwnetwork.conf files for standalone and for in-process reports server were configured.
