" PKI-02002: Unable to open the wallet. Check password" Error Results in WLS Admin Server Not Getting Started

WLS Admin Server is not getting started
After resetting Embedded LDAP password at Weblogic Admin Server Console (Login WLS Admin Console > Domain Name > click Security tab > Embedded LDAP > entered new password at Credentials field), Admin Server is not getting restarted and throwing below exception.
Also followed steps (#1 and 2) given at <Document 1533421.1> but it didn't resolve the issue:
