WebLogic Managed Server 12c is Freezing Unexpectedly (Doc ID 2237940.1)

Symptoms

Managed server just freezes at times from thread Dumps, there is only one active thread. From log file, Work Manager debug log indicated 19 active threads. But in heap dump, 18 threads are terminated. So, it's likely these 18 threads are wrongly terminated. It's very difficult to think but workAdapter is not initialized and JMS work manager is still kept on these threads even if threads are terminated and these threads are referenced from allThreads in RequestManager. So, there is no possibility that it's correctly terminated.
